When your prediction matches real-world outcomes, JetBet may award extra Flight Coins as a "learning bonus" to thank you for helping improve our AI models—Flight Coins are not a wager and carry no prize value beyond these research-driven rewards.
• Flight Cards: A user-generated prediction entry that contributes to our AI training datasets. Flight Cards represent user hypotheses about flight outcomes and are used for research purposes.
• Prediction: A user's hypothesis about potential flight outcomes, used to train and improve our AI models.
• Service: The JetBet platform, website, and all related tools and features.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. AI Prediction Platform

JetBet is a research tool that offers a platform for making predictions on flight events using our service credit system, Flight Coins. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the prediction features of our Service.
• Flight Coins are prepaid service credits that can be purchased, used on the platform, and your unused balance may be cashed out at our posted rate.
• Prediction outcomes are determined by real-world flight events and data from our trusted sources for research purposes.
• Your predictions and statistical analyses contribute to our AI learning system, helping improve future predictions.
• We reserve the right to void predictions in cases of technical errors, data inaccuracies, or other circumstances that may compromise the integrity of the research process.
• JetBet is a research and prediction platform, not a gambling service.

3. Data Contribution & AI Training

By making predictions on our platform, you are contributing valuable data that helps train our artificial intelligence systems. This collaborative approach allows us to:

• Improve the accuracy of future flight predictions
• Identify patterns in aviation data that might otherwise go unnoticed
• Create a more robust statistical model for flight analysis
• Reward users with Flight Coins for accurate predictions and valuable contributions

Your participation helps create a community of aviation enthusiasts and data analysts working together to better understand flight patterns and performance.

All user submissions are anonymized and aggregated before being used in our AI training processes. Your personal data is never directly associated with the prediction models. All data collection and usage is governed by our Privacy Policy, and data is used solely to enhance prediction accuracy and for research purposes.

4. Payments & Tokens

Our Flight Coins service credit system operates as follows:

Purchases

• Flight Coins can be purchased at our posted rates using our secure payment processor, Stripe.
• JetBet never stores your payment details; all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
• Purchased Flight Coins are immediately credited to your account and available for use.
• Our current rates for Flight Coins are clearly displayed on the purchase page.

Usage

• Flight Coins are spent when submitting Flight Cards and accessing premium prediction tools.
• The cost in Flight Coins for each service is clearly displayed before confirmation.
• Flight Coins consumed by Flight Cards or premium tools are not eligible for cash-out.

Learning Bonuses

• When your predictions match real-world outcomes, you may receive bonus Flight Coins as a "learning bonus."
• These bonuses are provided as an incentive for contributing valuable data to our AI models.
• Learning bonuses are not gambling winnings and are awarded based on the research value of your predictions.
• Bonus amounts and criteria are subject to change and are determined at our sole discretion.

Redemptions & Refunds

• Your unused balance may be redeemed for cash at our posted rate at any time (see our Redemption Policy).
• Redemption requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
• A transaction fee may apply to redemptions, as clearly stated in our redemption process.
• Redemptions are processed to the original payment method when possible.
• For exceptional circumstances, our support team may process refunds for recently purchased Flight Coins at their discretion. Standard redemptions can be initiated through your account dashboard without contacting support.
• JetBet reserves the right to limit, suspend, or deny redemption requests in cases of suspected fraud or Terms of Service violations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JetBet Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of JetBet Inc.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by JetBet Inc.

JetBet Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. Any unused balance in your account at the time of termination may be eligible for redemption, subject to our Redemption Policy.

8. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall JetBet Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold JetBet Inc. harmless, including its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any misunderstanding regarding the nature of the Service as a research tool rather than a gambling platform.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
