Redemption Policy

This Redemption Policy outlines the procedures, requirements, and terms for redeeming unused Flight Coins for cash. By using our Service, you agree to the terms of this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all registered JetBet users worldwide who are 18 years or older and have purchased Flight Coins. Redemption is only available for unused, unspent Flight Coins that have not been awarded as "learning bonuses." All redemptions are subject to compliance with our Terms of Service.
2. How to Request a Redemption
To redeem your unused Flight Coins for cash, follow these steps:
- Visit your JetBet account dashboard
- Navigate to the "Redeem Coins" section
- Select the amount you wish to redeem
- Confirm your request and submit
Alternatively, email support@jetbet.com with your request if you cannot access your account.
3. Processing Timelines
- Standard processing time is 3–5 business days from the time the request is approved
- Requests made after 5:00 PM AEST are considered received on the next business day
- Delays may occur in case of verification requirements or suspected violations
You will receive email notifications at each stage of the redemption process, including confirmation of receipt, approval, and completion of your redemption request.
4. Fees & Minimums
- A flat processing fee of 2.5% may apply to all redemptions
- The minimum redemption amount is $10 AUD (or equivalent in purchased Flight Coins)
- No maximum limit unless otherwise stated in your account terms
The redemption rate will be the same as the purchase rate at the time of redemption. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your redemption request.
5. Verification
To protect against fraud and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, we may require:
- A government-issued photo ID
- Proof of purchase for your Flight Coins
- Confirmation of your original payment method
Failure to provide this information when requested may result in a delayed or denied redemption.
All verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
6. Exceptions & Denials
JetBet reserves the right to deny or delay redemptions if:
- Your account is under investigation for Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Required verification documents are not provided
- You attempt to redeem Flight Coins received as learning bonuses (which are non-redeemable)
We will always notify you with the reason for any denied redemption.
Important: Learning bonuses awarded for correct predictions are not eligible for redemption. Only Flight Coins that you have purchased can be redeemed for cash.
